Suspension of two Koeberg managers by Eskom explained

Two managers were suspended at Koeberg power station over leaked information related to a Constitutional Court case which is still underway.

Eskom awarded a tender to Areva for the steam generator replacement at the Koeberg Power Station, which Westing House also had bid for. After losing the tender, Westing House disputed the matter and the case is currently before the Constitutional Court.

Aimee Clarke, Assistant Editor at EE Publishers explained why Eskom is not happy that the information was made public, and why the two managers were suspended.

However she says she doesn't think the papers were deliberately leaked.
