After a year he employed them.
This year he has taken on eight interns and encourages other CEOs to do the same.
The EOH 702 Youth Job Creation Challenge seeks to galvanise corporate South Africa to help combat the country’s job crisis.
EOH and 702 calls on company CEOs to pledge a minimum of 3% of their workforce to learnership and internship programmes for unemployed youth.
