31 killed in one month in Delft

CPF chairperson Reginald Maart describes the economic problems in the community of Delft that cause so many of these social problems of gangsterism and crime.

Delft is a densely populated but not very large geographical area, yet 31 people have been killed there over 31 days. Much of it seems to be gang related.

75% is gang related.
