For the growing number of people who follow and swallow, the Banting way has become the new black. Africa Melane from CapeTalk/702's Weekend Breakfast, spoke to Suzy Brokensha, Editor of Lose It! magazine. Is it just hype or does Banting have real substance?

From diabetics to people who use it to lose it, Banting has offered a new lifestyle choice. The huge following created the need, in a saturated magazine market, for a new publication.

Lose it! magazine was born from Tim Noake’s Banting Diet. Launched in April last year it is available at leading retailers.
