When the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) were ejected from Parliament on Thursday the Parliamentary channel which supplies the video feed for all the media chose not to broadcast it, but footage shot on a phone shows how the EFF were bundled out of the house.

If you have ever spent a while watching food in a microwave, you know how difficult it can be to see when the food is done. It tends to go from ice cold to ridiculously hot pretty quickly. Introducing the better microwave it has an infrared camera and a TV screen on the front. Now you can see when the food is done. You could even connect your phone. It does not exist yet, but the video was posted on Wednesday and has over 600 000 views which suggests there should be a market for this.

14 February is Valentine's Day which should see more heart-shaped images that any other time of the year, but do you know why we think of the heart when we talk about love?
