Former SABC board member Krish Naidoo says he felt Parliament was an appropriate place to make an important statement.
While the SABC appeared before the Parliament's Portfolio Committee on Communications to give an account on Hlaudi Motsoeneng's appointment as head of corporate affairs, two members of the board resigned- Vusi Mavuso and Krish Naidoo.

Naidoo says for the last two years there's been a gradual erosion of governance at the SABC. He says he attempted to correct where he could but was often voted down by the majority of the members.
