With HouseMe, tenants are able to bid on what they are willing to pay. The process could take about 5 -6 days to be completed.

They verify and vet every property that is on the system, make sure the landlord presents him/herself correctly, check if the images are up to date and ensure that the landlord indeed owns the place.
