HouseMe is the new way to rent

HouseMe is a new website and mobile app that seeks to connect landlords and tenants into South Africa's first auction-mechanism for rentals.

Founders, Kyle Bradley and Ben Shaw say this is the new way to rent.

We provide benefits for both tenants and landlords...

Kyle Bradley, Co-founder HouseMe

With HouseMe, tenants are able to bid on what they are willing to pay. The process could take about 5 -6 days to be completed.

They verify and vet every property that is on the system, make sure the landlord presents him/herself correctly, check if the images are up to date and ensure that the landlord indeed owns the place.
