SA Customer Satisfaction Index reveals best and worst banks

The South African Customer Satisfaction Index (SAcsi) is a national economic indicator of customer satisfaction with the quality of products and services available to household consumers in South Africa.

The latest SAcsi for banking was released this week, and shows that Capitec has the highest satisfaction rating in the country, followed closely by FNB. The lowest score went to Standard bank.

Jonathan Cherry says Capitec is a great example of using innovation as part of its winning formula, and disrupting the industry by simplifying the business model, and Cherry to being both a Capitec and FNB customer.
