Piet Olivier, legal researcher at the Helen Suzman Foundation, joins CapeTalk's John Maytham to discuss today's ruling which saw Nomgcobo Jiba and Larence Mrwebi struck off the role of advocates.

Jiba is the Deputy National Director of Public Prosecutions and Mrwebi heads up the Specialised Commercial Crime Unit.

The Helen Suzman Foundation along with Freedom under Law, were key in initiating this process that led to today's ruling.
