Pretoria march is a go despite Gordhan charges being dropped

Various citizen-driven action campaigns, political parties, and ordinary South Africans have made their way to Pretoria to support Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan and take a stand against corruption.

Although charges against Gordhan have been dropped South Africa is still in crisis, say political party leaders.

CapeTalk's Kieno Kammies is also among those who are standing behind Pravin Gordhan and he traveled to Pretoria to attend the march.

We have both the DA and the EFF gathered here. This is a South African gathering which has pulled around 10 000 people on the streets today.

Kieno Kammies, CapeTalk Presenter
