African National Congress (ANC) Western Cape former leader Marius Fransman says the ANC’s National Disciplinary Committee around the sexual assault complaint against him is flawed.
Fransman also says the ANC has denied him access to statements from his accuser Louisa Wynand, which he says Secretary General Gwede Mantashe said he would have access to.
EWN reporter Kevin John Brandt says Fransman said allegations against him are being used to get him out of his position.
