South Africans Doing Great Things

Afro Botanics turning good hair into great hair

After working in government for eight years and feeling stagnant in her life, Ntombenhle Khathwane pursued the entrepreneurship route to start a business which caters for the need for people to take care of their natural hair.

As co-founder of Afro Botanics, Khathwane is leading an expanding business which offers a range of natural hair and skin care products.

Afro Botanics does not only focus on developing itself as a business. It also looks to develop other smaller businesses, promoting the importance of "buying local".

Khathwane spoke to #NightTalk's Lovelyn Nwadeyi about the growth of Afro Botanics, and provided an education on taking care of natural hair.
