The chances of getting back an item you left in a taxi is almost unheard of.
Uber has introduced in-app support system for those customers who probably got off an Uber car in a hurry and left some of their items behind.
Jonathan Ayache, Uber GM for coastal cities in South Africa says nine out of ten times customers are connected to the driver and get their lost items returned.
And if you didn't get your belongings back, you can still contact Uber support team straight from the app for further assistance.
The in support system is also used for general questions and enquiries that one might have with regards to Uber.
