Gospel singer Sipho Makhabane explains how Sfiso Ncwane died

South African gospel music industry and fans are still shocked by the passing of gospel artist Sfiso Ncwane.

Fellow gospel artist and Ncwane's friend Sipho Makhabane says he was driving to Swaziland this morning when he received a call from a journalist inquiring about the musicians's death.

Makhabane says he cancelled his journey and drove back to Fourways Life Hospital, where he found Ncwane lying in his bed, and his wife Ayanda Ncwane crying.

It was then that I realised Sfiso is no more.

He says his wife phoned paramedics yesterday when Ncwane said he is feeling weak.

When they checked him, they found that it's kidney failure. And then this morning around 9:30 he passed on.
