Community members and various organisations have gathered to pay their last respect to the three-year-old Alexandra toddler, Evelyn Chauke.
Evelyn slipped from her father's grip during flash floods caused by heavy rain in parts of Johannesburg, Ekurhuleni and Tshwane last month.
EWN reporter, Victor Magwedze, says it was a very emotional morning for Evelyn's family.
