Cape teen Cait McWilliams wins Great SA Bake-Off

The Mother City's very own Cait McWilliams has scooped the title of Great South African Bake-Off winner.

The 19-year-old beat all the other eggs and whipped the cream to take the title in the finale this week.

The finale screened on BBC Lifestyle on Tuesday night but McWilliams has known for several weeks - sworn to secrecy.

I've known for quite a while, but it's been great re-living everything... I'm very proud of what I've accomplished.
