6-year-old responding well after cochlear implant

This October the Bidvest Hear for Life Trust as well the Netcare Foundation, and the staff at Tygerberg’s Cochlear Implant Unit collaborated to give the gift of hearing to 6-year-old Sithenkosi by helping her with a cochlear implant.

Sithenkosi's cochlear was recently switched on. CapeTalk's Pippa Hudson spoke to her dad Moxolisi Mdikane who said that she is doing very well and responding to every instruction they give.

He thanked Bidvest Hear for Life Trust & Netcare for improving his daughter's life.
