Today should have been the last day of Democratic Republic of Congo President Joseph Kabila in office.
But, Kabila has refused to step down saying there has to be a proper voters roll.
EWN Africa correspondent Jean-Jacques Cornish says the Constitution doesn't allow Kabila, who has been the president since 2001, to run again this year.
