How much alcohol is too much? Understanding your limits

Over-indulging during the festive season has a major impact on your body, and even those around you, says health and wellness expert Dr Darren Green.

Dr Green says there are many repercussions to excessive alcohol consumption and unhealthy drinking habits.

He says that while drinking water in between alcohol may help physically, it may not help with judgement calls and responsible decisions.
