Online shopping to outstrip overall retail by year end

Deloitte Digital reporting on South Africans' shopping preferences, suggests that more consumers than ever before plan to shop online for gifts.

World Wide Worx MD,Arthur Goldstuck, says as more people begin to trust online retailers, there is an increase in sales.

By end of this year online retail will pass 1% of overall retail. Total retail this year will be around R850 billion, and online will reach R900 billion.
