‘Jacob Zuma presided over the dismantling of the land reform program in SA'

Jacob Zuma presided over the dismantling of the land reform program in South Africa.

So said Professor Ruth Hall of the Institute for Poverty, Land and Agrarian Studies (University of the Western Cape) in an interview with CapeTalk’s John Maytham.

Hall said the ANC is talking more about land, but doing less.
