Czech fugitive Radovan Krejcir appeared before the Kempton Park Magistrates Court on two different matters on Tuesday.
EWN's Mandy Wiener reports that Krejcir's cases related to an alleged prison escape plot and his extradition matter.
Two of his cases have been postponed until April, she explains.
Krejcir has complained about his prison treatment at the high-security Kokstad prison in KwaZulu-Natal, after being moved from the Zonderwater prison near Cullinan.
It's alleged his lawyers have struggled to gain access to the fugitive, Wiener reports.
Krejcir is currently behind bars serving a 35-year sentence for attempted murder and kidnapping related to a drugs matter.
There are still at least four other court cases that Krejcir is involved in.
