Kay Sexwale denies involvement in ANC 'War Room' saga

African National Congress (ANC) communications strategist, Kay Sexwale, says she is shocked that her name has been dragged into the ANC 'War Room' saga.

Sexwale says there is no way she would have been involved in the alleged fake Twitter conversations and television programme organised by the ANC to discredit other political parties ahead of the 2016 local government elections.

I'm actually shocked.

Kay Sexwale, ANC communications strategist

It was started by a guy called Razo on Twitter, and it's somebody that I refused to employ at my company at some point. He has been going on and on about me for about a year now.

Kay Sexwale, ANC communications strategist

I'm advisor to the ANC in Gauteng not the ANC national. Whatever it is that may or may not have happened is not something I would have been involved in because I don't advise the national ANC.
