Black Sash questions minister's absence during Sassa presentations in Parliament

National advocacy manager at Black Sash, Elroy Paulus, says Sassa should have notified the public about its decision to extend the contract with Cash Paymaster Services (CPS) despite the contract being declared invalid by the Constitutional Court.

Paulus says they are concerned by the absence of Minister Bathabile Dlamini when the matter is being presented before Parliament.
