He discusses the issue of security and the balance that needs to be reached.
It is a combination of making sure we are ready, and those of us who operate inside the Chamber, that we can handle events inside and minimise any disruptions that take place. We cannot stop it from happening. And also outside do the same thing, allow people to protest, which is their right, but not to disrupt lives of citizens in and around the parliamentary precinct.— Lechesa Tsenoli, deputy speaker Parliament
