Democratic Senator, Elizabeth Warren, was banned from speaking after being found guilty of breaking Senate rules during the hearing to confirm the appointment of attorney general nominee Jeff Sessions.
This after he was previously barred from being appointed a judge due to serious allegations of racism against him.
Warren was silenced because she quoted a letter from Coretta Scott King, saying, "Mr Sessions has used the awesome power of his office to chill the free exercise of the vote by black citizens".
