Recently an overseas ticketing company Viagogo sold tickets for local events at hyper-inflated prices.
It has now come to the attention of organisers of Kirstenbosch Concerts that another ticketing company is doing something similar.

She says Seatwave is now doing something similar to Viagogo.

While it is not illegal, these sites misrepresent themselves as Kirstenbosch Concerts sales agents and even advertise tickets as 'cheapest in town'.
She says some customers paid but never received tickets.
They have tried to contact these sites but with no success.
She advises people to find reputable official sales sites for Kirstenbosch Concerts.
