South African Communist Party (SACP) in the Brian Bunting District (Cape Town Metro), staged a picketing outside Parliament as part of their campaign against corporate capture and the looting of our State Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
SACP second deputy general secretary, Solly Mapaila, says they want collective responsibility to be taken by those movements represented through African National Congress (ANC) in government.
