US appeals court rejects reinstatement of Trump's Muslim ban

Judges at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled that President Donald Trump's executive order banning migrants from seven Muslim-majority countries and refugee entries cannot be enforced.

The court ruled that the temporary restraining order against the order must stay in place because government failed to prove why the ban is urgent.
