SA businesses to employ 60 % SA staff, says Gigaba

South African businesses now have to have at least 60% of their staff being South Africans or permanent residents.

Work visas for foreign nationals seeking employment are still being issued, but the Department of Trade and Industry is determined to ensure jobs go to South African citizens first.
