Gauteng salaries up to 30% higher than those of W Cape and KZN - CareerJunction

Gautengers earn anything between 20 percent and 30 percent more than their counterparts in the Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal, according to CareerJunction’s latest salary review, based on actual salary offerings.

The vast disparity in salaries between those earned in Gauteng and the rest of South Africa exists primarily in the fields of engineering, finance, administration, office and support, warehousing and logistics as well as manufacturing and assembly.
