South Africa Social Security Agency (Sassa) has still not lodged papers asking the Constitutional Court to allow the contract with Cash Paymaster Services (CPS) to be extended.
Sassa announced that it will ask for the contract to be extended despite being declared invalid by the ConCourt.
The agency responsible for paying out social grants was expected to file papers with the ConCourt last Friday.
