Ramaphosa says he will not loot the State

Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa told Parliament emphatically that he will not use politics to loot the State and State Owned Enterprises (SOEs).

Last month the African National Congress Youth League (ANCYL) accused Ramaphosa and Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan of trying to collapse South African Airways (SAA) so his [Ramaphosa's] company could benefit financially.

Ramaphosa says he is engaging the ANCYL on the matter.
