It would be a very complex and difficult process which may have unintended consequences says Professor Somadoda Fikeni, responding to a question about a pre-colonial land audit.
He adds that is important to acknowledge the historical injustices which led to a shrewd distribution of land. He also said the need for those who do not have land, is key.
