Deputy Editor at FM (Financial Mail), Sikonathi Mantshantsha, says Social Development Minister Bathabile Dlamini has a lot of serious questions to answer, even questions she might have avoided in Parliament.
This follows directives by Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng on behalf of the Constitutional Court, demanding answers for the controversy surrounding the payout of social grants.
Mantshantsha delved into the questions asked by many, the relations between Net1 and Allan Gray.
Mantshantsha says Allan Gray neglected to sell its shares when the controversy around Net1 first broke. He says Allan Gray invested in Net1 in the same year that it obtained the Sassa contract in 2012.
