Deputy President, Cyril Ramaphosa has appeared before the National Council of Provinces.
Ramaphosa has spoken about the South African National Aids Council's commitment to providing sex workers with prophylaxis, saying it imperative they are provided with the necessary protection if the country is going to bring down HIV prevalence.
Responding to questions around the minimum wage, Ramaphosa says a lot of work done by the Labour Department is very proactive in determining how to ensure compliance.
