Three arrested in connection with Chief Justice office burglary

Following the burglary at the Offices of Chief Justice, Mogoeng Mogoeng on Saturday morning, the police have nabbed three suspects.

EWN Reporter, Barry Bateman says the police have seized unlicensed firearms and fake Identity documents.

Bateman says two of the arrested suspects appeared in a Mamelodi court on charges unrelated to the burglary. He says it unclear when they will be charged with the theft of the computers.

We were assured by the Lieutenant General that these people have been positively linked to this actual crime.

Barry Bateman, EWN Reporter

Bateman says the police are limited by time and will continue searching for the fourth suspect who is said to hold crucial information.
