Husky voiced Bonnie Tyler vows to rock South African stages

Bonnie Tyler says she is excited to be performing in South Africa following her last visit in 2013.

She has shows scheduled for the Friday and Saturday. Tyler says she'll be performing some of her old hits as it evokes nostalgia, which her audience enjoys.

The gigs mark Bonnie’s return to the South African stage, with timeless singles under her name, like ‘Lost in France’, ‘It’s a Heartache’ and ‘Holding out for a Hero’.

Speaking to Azania Mosaka, Tyler shares her musical background, how her voice got even more husky after a throat operation and her direction towards country music.
