Cape Town Fashion Week next victim blown out by strong Cape winds

Dr Precious Moloi-Motsepe, African Fashion International (AFI) Chairperson, says The Mercedes-Benz Cape Town Fashion Week is an important event that promotes local fashion designers.

Just a few weeks ago, the Cape Town Cycle Tour was also cancelled due to the Cape's notorious Black South-Easter.

The event has been moved to the 6-8 April following a postponement due to strong winds.

She says once the venue is confirmed the public will be alerted.
