The once mighty Moroka Swallows on the brink of relegation

EWN sports reporter Morena Mothupi says it is heartbreaking to see the once mighty Moroka Swallows "Dube Birds" falling.

Swallows got relegated from the Premier Soccer League (PSL) in 2015 and again from the National First Division (NFD) in 2016.

Another relegation awaits Swallows if they fail to beat Orange Vaal Professionals in their last match of the ABC Motsepe League on Saturday.

Swallows will be relegated to the amateur football in the next season if defeated.

It is heartbreaking what is happening to Swallows now when they are suppose to be celebrating 70 years.
