Ramaphosa unlikely to resign - Somadoda Fikeni

Political analyst, Somadoda Fikeni, says Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa is unlikely to resign following President Jacob Zuma Cabinet reshuffle.

In a very clever move the President seems to have retained most of the SACP members, if not all... whilst focusing on the most critical area he was targeting, Treasury.

Somadoda Fikeni, political analyst

I doubt he will outside confines of the top 6 or the NEC and raise his voice at this stage. During the hit of the campaign towards December, he may start saying I have not been happy with certain issues and I have raised these issues within the ANC as a disciplined member.

Somadoda Fikeni, political analyst
