The DA says it will be heading to the High Court to stop the swearing in of new ministers which were announced during the cabinet reshuffle.
DA leader Mmusi Maimane briefed media on the recent developments on Friday morning.

He says that the call to remove President Jacob Zuma must come from South African citizens and all political parties, including ANC MPs.
At the same time, the DA has tabled a motion of no confidence in Zuma.
Parliament has noted that it has received the request.
