Maimane: If no confidence vote succeeds, Zuma's new Cabinet 'nullified'

DA leader Mmusi Maimane has called on South Africans to march next week Friday and show support for a fresh motion of no confidence in President Jacob Zuma.

Maimane briefed the media on Friday morning.

He has called on all political parties to support the motion of no confidence, including ANC MPs.

Maimane wants to interdict the swearing in of Zuma's new ministers.

He says that should the motion of no confidence debate succeed, Zuma's Cabinet reshuffle would be deemed "irrational".

If the motion of no confidence were to succeed, it would nullify the Cabinet in its entirety.

He says ANC members must ask themselves if they are going to put South Africa first and add that some members of the ruling party have already expressed their support.

I've already been contacted by certain ANC members saying that they want to vote with us.
