SA1stForum: We need to hold the whole of the ANC accountable

Rod Solomons, convener of the SA1st Forum says a series of marches planned in Cape Town this week are aimed at speaking truth to power and holding the African National Congress to account.

Multiple marches will take place in action against President Jacob Zuma on Thursday and Friday.

The forum says it has collaborated with a range of groups and institutions.

Solomons says the hashtag for the event is #YesWeWill.

This is one of those moments that we need to hold, not only Jacob Zuma accountable, but the members of the NEC and Parliament.

He says they are not calling for a stay away and has asked employers to excuse workers, and enable them to make it to the protest action.
