BizKidzSA nurtures entrepreneurship in young children

Robert Mtshali, founder of BizKidzSA, was nominated for the LeadSA hero for March.

BizKidzSA is an entrepreneurship academy that fosters entrepreneurial skills in teenagers by teaching them to build and launch their own micro-enterprises and also create employment in their communities.

The academy teaches children how to pitch their businesses and mentor those who are running their business.

Mtshali started his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 12 and registered his first business when he was in Grade 11. He saw a need to mentor others because no one was there to show him the ropes when he started.

These kids need someone like me, to start the academy, to show them how to do it based on my experience.
