On Friday, South African's, civil organisation groups and some political parties will be taking to the streets to protest against President Jacob Zuma.
City of Johannesburg's Metro police spokesperson Wayne Minnaar says plans are in motion to police the protest.
Speaking to The Midday Report Host, Stephen Grootes, Minnaar says there will be plenty of police presence from early in the morning.
Minnaar says they will also be conducting traffic but pleads with protesters to conduct themselves in a peaceful and orderly manner.
