Big Joburg turnout: #MarchForChange

There's a big turnout at the Mary Fitzgerald Square in Johannesburg were Democratic Alliance members are protesting against President Jacob Zuma's Cabinet reshuffle.

EWN Reporter, Clement Manyathela says a huge group of ANC members is attempting to chase away police who are preventing them from going to the other side of Luthuli House where DA members are convening.

Initially, #MarchForChange was aiming for Luthuli House but the DA decided to change the route amidst threats from ANC members that they will defend Luthuli House.

They don't want anybody here, they have made it clear..

Clement Manyathela, EWN reporter

There have been questions about the crowd outside Luthuli House in military regalia claiming to be members of MKMVA. Manyathela says a lot of them look younger than 30, too young to be veterans of Umkhonto we Sizwe.

The people we are seeing here indeed are very young and we are not getting answers on whether they were really part of the military wing...

Clement Manyathela, EWN reporter
