The former chief operations officer of the SABC, Hlaudi Motsoeneng held a media briefing in Auckland Park on Wednesday. EWN reporter, Gia Nicolaides says it is unclear why Motsoeneng held the briefing.
It's unclear at this particular stage because he spoke about a number of issues, mainly that he is quite ready to go ahead with his disciplinary process. That he's been through one already and he's quite confident that he'll get through the next one successfully.— Gia Nicolaides, EWN reporter
Nicolaides adds that musicians and members of the 'Hands off Hlaudi Movement' were in attendance to support Motsoeneng and sang his praises.
Motsoeneng says that he's the one that actually started radical transformation and others are simply following suit now.— Gia Nicolaides, EWN reporter
He's also alluded to the fact that he might go into politics because some people want him to be a minister others want him to be a president.— Gia Nicolaides, EWN reporter
Nicolaides says Motsoeneng exhibited his strengths and support he is receiving from South African's at the briefing.
