Iziko Museum responded to listener's complaints about the state of their ablution facilities as well as the conduct of staff.
Denise Crouse, executive director of operations at Iziko Museum says the listeners complaint about the toilet doors have been fixed and staff are brushing up their customer care skills.

Crouse says the planetarium is undergoing major renovations and it will offer amazing experiences when it opens in three months.
The museum opened its doors on Thursday and offered free access to thousands of Capetonians to enjoy.
Crouse said they are very pleased with the turn out.
