A team of chefs embark on a journey to open 20 pop-up restaurants

James Harman, lead chef at One Star House Party and his team of chefs have been travelling the world with an ambitious effort to open 20 pop-up restaurants in 20 different countries all over the world.

The team is currently in Woodstock building a restaurant.

Harman spoke to CapeTalk's Kieno Kammies about their dream, how it started and what they've achieved so far.
